The City Council, at its lanuary 26, 2015 meeting, expressed its support for <br /> the WeCAN CDBG application and directed that a letter of support be sent to the Consolidated Pool <br /> Committee. <br /> WeCAN provides a variety of essential services to low income residents in western Hennepin County.
