� � <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO._, THIRD SERIES <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO ZONING CODE <br /> BY ADDING THE NAVARRE AREA TO SECTION 78-1001(6) <br /> AS ELIGIBLE FOR DEVELOPMENT VIA THE PUD PROCESS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 78-1001(6) of the City of Orono Zoning Ordinance regarding <br /> Planned Unit Development authorization is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (6)Applicability. Utilization of this zoning district is limited to the Highway 12 Corridor as set forth <br /> in the city's comprehensive plan amendment#2, adopted May 23, 1988; and to the Navarre Area as <br /> set forth in the Citv of Orono Community Management Plan adopted September 13, 2010. <br /> SECTION 2.
