Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain Council approval of the Park Donation <br /> Policy. <br /> 2. Background. Over the past several months the Orono Park Commission has worked to <br /> develop a Donation Policy. The policy is based on existing policies from our surrounding <br /> communities. The policy provides a streamlined method for donor to contribute to our parks. <br /> The policy provides a set of standard donation options while still allowing for more specific <br /> individualized donations. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Motion to approve the Orono Park Donation Policy. <br />
