� o � <br /> � �o <br /> C ITY OF ORON F� <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � <br /> �' G~ N O. <br /> j�kESH��� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING APPLICATION FOR EXEMPT PERMIT <br /> OF THE ORONO PTO FOR <br /> A ONE DAY GAMBLING PERMIT <br /> WFIEREAS,the Orono PTO has submitted an application to conduct lawful <br /> gambling activities; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Orono PTO has proposed to conduct a one day gambling <br /> activity(raffle) as part of its annual Mid-Winter Fun Fest at the Orono Middle School on <br /> Saturday, February 7, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Orono PTO is required to obtain approval of the one day <br /> gambling activity from the city in which the activity will occur; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has no objection to the conduct of lawful <br /> gambling by the applicant, in accordance with law, at the designated location. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the Orono City Council does <br /> hereby approve the application of the Orono PTO to conduct a one day gambling activity(raffle) <br /> at the Orono Middle School, 800 Old Crystal Bay Road North, on February 7, 2015. <br /> Adopted at a regular meeting of the Orono City Council this 12th day of January <br /> 12,2015. <br /> AT'TEST: Lili Tod McMillan, Mayor <br /> Diane Tiegs, City Clerk <br />
