The approved delineated edge must be shown on the survey <br /> including the 35' setback. The delineated edge should be denoted with who performed the delineation and date <br /> of approval. <br /> 2. The survey should meet our survey standards. A copy of the City's survey standards is attached. For example, <br /> a. Proposed structure shown <br /> b. Topography vs spot elevations <br /> c. Wetland setback should be shown from the delineated edge landward, not toward/or in the wetland. <br /> 3.
