LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION Date of Decision: 8/1/2016 � Approved ❑ Approved with conditions (include below) ❑ Denied LGU Findings and Conclusions (attach additional sheets as necessary): Herman Renovation Company(Mike Herman) applied for a wetland boundary&type confirmation for the wetlands located at 1135 Heritage Lane in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Legal description: Section 10, Township 117N, Range 23W. The boundary & type approval was requested July 5`h, 2016. A wetland delineation was conducted by Kjolhuag Environmental Services on April 6t", 2016. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on July Sth, 2016. One wetland was delineated along the property. Wetland 1 was identified as a Type 2/3, Wet meadow/Shallow Marsh wetland. Wetland 1 is located along the fringe of PWI Basin 27- 865W. Boundaries and types were reviewed in the field on July 27`h, 2016. Flags had been removed and were to be replaced. MCWD was in agreeinent with the boundary as originally flagged and type. MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as originally delineated in the field and documented in the delineation report submitted on July St�', 2016. This decision is valid for five years.
