Please review to determine if <br /> conveyance should be to the city for public use or released for public sale. <br /> These lots were not assessed for sewer in the Minnetonka Bluffs sewer project, three lots have been <br /> identified as 80%to 100% wet, and one lot is 10% wet with a 50% steep slope. The city acquired <br /> P.I.D. 02-117-23 31 0034 in February of 1989 as a tax forfeit lot for use as drainage and <br /> conservation public use. <br /> A resolution indicating the city's decision regarding disposition of these lots will need to be approved <br /> by the City Council no later than the March 9 Council meeting. <br />
