Your property at 500 Hanlon is in zoning district RR-1B. <br /> The boundaries of the zoning districts are established by legal descriptions and map <br /> entitled "Official Zoning Map, Orono, Minnesota.". Section 78-162. <br /> Orono Municipal code Division 6. RR-1B One Family Residential district establishes <br /> zoning standards for the RR-1 B zoning district. <br /> Orono Municipal code section 78-420 b states the following minimum setback <br /> requirements shall be observed. Front yard 50 feet. Side yard 30 feet. <br /> Therefore the roof constructed over your existing deck (not the deck,just the roo� is in <br /> violation of city ordinances.
