As of this date <br /> the violation still exists. It appears you leave the city no alternative but to forward the <br /> matter to the city attorney for prosecution. It's a shame to expend tax dollars for this <br /> purpose. The city will withhold action until 5-1-2008. If the roof has not been removed or <br /> a complete variance application has not been received, the city will proceed with legal <br /> action.
