This has increased your lot size and it <br /> appears that lot coverage is no longer an issue. However the front and side setbacks are <br /> an issue. The code requires a 50 foot front setback and a 30 foot side setback. The porch <br /> is approximately 40 feet from the front lot line and is approximately 11 feet from the side <br /> lot line. <br /> Again your options are to apply for a variance to keep the porch or to remove it. A dead <br /> line of 11-19-2007 has been established for variance application or removal.
