An <br /> application for the building permit was filed on July 25 , 1990. <br /> Due to questions we had on the plans, several attempts were made <br /> to inspect the building. Inspections cound not be done because <br /> of dogs in the fenced-in area. On September 5, 1990 a letter was <br /> sent requesting access. As of this date, an inspection has not <br /> been done. <br /> This letter is to inform you that an inspection is required to <br /> inspect the framing so that an after-the-fact permit can be <br /> issued. If an inspection is not arranged by December 27 , 1990 , <br /> citations may be issued.
