Execution of a Subdivider ' s Agreement <br /> providing for installation of certain improvements as <br /> a condition of subdivision approval. <br /> 7, Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br /> amount of $800 . 00 . <br /> 8 . Payment to the City for legal and engineering fees in <br /> the amount of $375 . 00 . <br /> 9. Payment to the City for one street sign and one stop <br /> sign in the amount of $150 . 00 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Green Trees on Tanager Lake, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions : <br /> l. Creation of a private driveway easement in favor of <br /> Lot 3 over Lot 2. <br /> 2 . Creation of private utility easements in favor of Lot 3 <br /> over Lot 2. <br /> 3. Riparian access for Lots 4 , 5 and 6 shall be as follows: <br /> Lot 4 , Block 1 is riparian to Lake Minnetonka via Outlot C. <br /> Lot 5 , Block 1 is riparian to Lake P�innetonka via Outlot D. <br /> Lot 6 , Block 1 is riparian to Tanager Lake via Outlot A <br /> Outlots A, C and D are each permitted one dock meeting a11 <br /> LNICD requirements except that no more than two watercraft <br /> may be docked, moored or stored on land on any such Outlot. <br /> 4 .
