A copy of the survey should reflect your final planting plan, including details about the number,type, size and location including native grasses lakeward of the rip ra p. A certificate of survey is required for Outlot D. The survey should reflect the planting plan, including details about the type, size and location. Remember to include native grasses lakeward of the rip rap on your planting plan. I'm disappointed to hear the silt fence has not been installed yet. This needs to be done immediately as more rain is expected this week.
