Silt fence must be installed immediately to prevent run-off into the lake and right- <br /> of-way and must remain until vegetation is established. <br /> Attached is a zoning permit application. Please complete the application and return with a <br /> planting plan showing the types and location of all replacement trees to be planted. The <br /> planting plan should include any areas where vegetation was removed and/or where the soil is <br /> exposed. <br /> You indicated an interest in putting fill on the property to create a berm. Please note, filing, <br /> grading and/or land alterations exceeding 10 cubic yards require a conditional use permit. See <br /> City Code Section 78-1286. <br /> Please submit the zoning permit application and a planting plan by May 13, 2014.
