Your application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered <br /> complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated, full size certificate of survey <br /> meeting the City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the existing <br /> house and proposed pool (and any proposed grading) as well as all existing structures, <br /> landscaping, retaining walls and hardcover on the property. What appears to be <br /> missing is a proposed patio surrounding the pool or possibly new retaining walls to be <br /> constructed as a result of the pool addition. <br /> 2. Escrow & Escrow Agreement. The City still holds an escrow for building permit <br /> #2011-00041. The homeowner must sign the updated escrow agreement, attached, to <br /> include both permit numbers and avoids requesting additional funds for this permit. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
