We continue to hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the <br /> construction. In order to begin the process for the release of the escrow, submittal of an as-built <br /> survey is required so we may verify conformance with approved permit plans. Once our <br /> engineer determines the property conforms to the approved building permit plans, approved <br /> grading plan, etc. your escrow can be refunded. <br /> Please see the attached code section regarding our survey requirements.
