Due to seasonally saturated soils,a <br /> pressurized Mound System will need to be installed to treat septic ef�luent. The bottom of the treatrnent <br /> area must be located at least 3'above the saturated soils. <br /> Tfie soils at a depth of 12"have a percolarion rate averaging 9 NIPI. <br /> All neighboring wells aze located greater than 100'away from proposed treatment area. OF�QNO COPy <br /> A tank filter and lateral clean outs need to be installed. <br /> A pumping chamber will need to be installed to lift the effluent to the treatment area. The power supply and <br /> Switches must be located outside the manhole and pumping chamber in a weatherproof enciosure. A <br /> warning device must be installed with light and sound devices;this is in case of a pump failure. The <br /> manifold and supply line must have back drainage to the pumping chamber. The distribution pipes shall <br /> have a clean out device connected to there end for maintenance. <br /> Keep all heavtr equiament off of the uroaosed treatment areas before,durine�nd after construction <br /> The area around both sites must be fenced off bv the contractor before anv construction be¢ins This <br /> Design is not valid and the Svstem will need to be retocated if failure to arotect the areas proaosed <br /> for On-Site Sewage Treatment occurs. <br /> Nothing other than gray water,(laundry,showers,etc.) Human water and toilet tissue should be disposed of <br /> into the septic tanks. Gazbage disposals are not recommended. Addirives must not be used;they may cause <br /> harmful damage to your sepric system.
