In order to begin the process for the release of the escrow, <br /> submittal of an as-built survey is required so we may verify conformance with approved permit <br /> plans. Once our engineer determines the property conforms to the approved building permit <br /> plans, approved grading plan, etc. your escrow can be refunded. <br /> Please see the attached code section regarding our survey requirements.
