Before we <br /> can refund the escrow, an as-built survey for the property must be submitted. Our engineer will <br /> review the as-built survey to determine if the property conforms to the approved building permit <br /> plans, approved grading plan, etc. if so, your escrow will be refunded. If anything is identified on <br /> the as-built survey which is out of conformance with the permits or city codes corrections will be <br /> required.
