Any engineering or legal fees over $500 are to be paid by the <br /> applicant. I have attached a copy of the building permit application for your reference. <br /> In July 2009, $164.00 was billed to the City for building permit application 2009-00332, 3235 Graham <br /> Hill Road and in September 2010 the City was billed $246.00. To this point you have not received <br /> any invoices, because those two invoices did not exceed the $500. In January 2011, Bonestroo <br /> incurred another $164.00 for review of the final piece of information needed for the as-built review. In <br /> February you will be receiving an invoice for $74.00. <br /> You can either wait for the invoice to arrive and then pay the amount due. Once we receive the <br /> check we will process the escrow refund at the next council meeting (all expenditures need council <br /> approval).
