Adult Uses -Accessory shall be prohibited from external advertising and signing of <br /> items that are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on Specified Anatomical <br /> Areas or Specified Sexual Activities. <br /> 8. At the time of application for the Conditional Use Permit, any property that is to be <br /> occupied by an Adult Use -Accessory must comply with all the current zoning,health, <br /> fire, and building regulations that apply to the site and building <br /> Subd. 4: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this section is for any <br /> reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not <br /> affect the validity of the remaining portions of this section. The City Council hereby <br /> declares that it would have adopted this section and each subsection, sentence, clause <br /> or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, <br /> sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. <br /> Section 2.
