ORDINANCE NO. 198 , SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ORONO,MINNESOTA,AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 10, SECTION 44, SUBDIVISION 4 BY ADDING "DRUG STORE" AS A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE IN THE "B-5" LIMITED NEIGHBORHOOD ZONING DISTRICT <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br /> Section 1. An amendment to Chapter 10,Section 44,Subdivision 4 adding the following use to the <br /> list of conditional uses in the B-5 Limited Neighborhood Zoning District. <br /> 10. Drug store, subject to the following condition: <br /> a. Hours of operation sha11 be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for a <br /> drive-thru service. <br /> Section 2.
