Ordinance No. 194, 2nd Series entitled "An Ordinance <br /> Adopting the 2000 Fee Schedule" is hereby amended to revise the water and sewer connection <br /> charges related to the 1989 Highway 12 Water and Sewer Improvement Project. The amendment <br /> changes the connection charges from per-unit charges to per-acre charges.
