ORDINANCE NO. 2, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AM�NDING THE MUN�CIPAL CODE OF ORONO <br /> BY LSSTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF A CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> KNOWN AS NORTH SHORE DRIVE MARINA WITHIN THE CITY REZONED <br /> FROM LR-1B TO B-2 <br /> THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO ORbAINS: <br /> Section 1. The Munici��l Code of Orono is hereby amended by <br /> amending the official Zoning Map and Zoning Use District boundaries for <br /> property legally described below: <br /> That part of Government Lot l, Section 8 , Township 117, Range 23 <br /> described as follows: <br /> West 80 feet of East 403 3/10 of Lot l, Section 8 , Township 117, <br /> R�nge 23, lying North of County Road 51 and the West 68.05 feet <br /> of the East 183. 1 feet of that part of Government Lot one (1) <br /> - North of road, � Section Eight (8) , Township One Hundred Seventeen <br /> (117) , Range Twenty-Three (23) ; and �hat part of Lot One (1) , <br /> Section Eight (8) , Township One Hundred Seventeen (117) North, <br /> Range Twenty-Three (23) West of the 5th Principal Meridian <br /> described as follows: Commencing at a point in the center line <br /> of the Markville and Maple Plain Road, (so called) said point <br /> being 183 1/10 feet due West of the East line of said Section; <br /> thence North parallel with the East line of said Section, 640 <br /> feet to the shore of Lake Minnetonka; thence Southwesterly along <br /> the shore line of said lake to a point which is 323 3/10 feet <br /> due West of the East line of said Section; thence South parallel <br /> with said East line 603 feet to the center line of said road; <br /> thence Northeasterly along said center line to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> to be hereby rezoned from the LR-1B Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> District to B-2, Lakeshore Commercial Zoning District. <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the Lake <br /> Minnetonka Sun and The Laker and shall be effective upon publication. <br />
