Should an <br /> existing single family residence be con�ierted to duplex, the fee shall be <br /> one half of the schedule amount due with the building permit. <br /> D Multifamily Residential: fee to be paid with building permit or with <br /> subdivision, whichever occurs first, for each residential unit in a <br /> multifamily (three or more units ) building. <br /> E Existing Residential: no fee is required for existing principal <br /> residential units. <br /> PARK DEDICATION FEES <br /> Commercial or Industrial Development - Cash contributions dedicated shall be at <br /> the rate of $500. 00 per acre of gross land area, to be paid with building permit for <br /> princi�al structure or at the time of subdivision, whichever occurs first. <br /> Page 4 of 13 <br />
