Actual Cost <br /> AFTER-THE-FACT APPLICATION INVESTIGATION FEES (Resolution 13�6) <br /> (Applies to all application types including variances, conditional use <br /> permits , subdivision, aoning amendments , rip-rap permits , special <br /> improvement reviews, grading permits, moving permits, business licenses, <br /> kennel licenses, all building permits and all general permits.) <br /> Whenever any work, use or division of land for which a formal application <br /> is required has been commenced without first making such application and <br /> receiving City approval therefore, a special investigation of the <br /> circumstances shall be made during the application process. Because of the <br /> extra administrative costs involved in the special investigation, the <br /> minimum application fee for after-the-fact applications shall be twice the <br /> � setforth in the basic fee schedule, whether or not the application is <br /> _..ereafter approved or denied. Payment of an after-the-fact application <br /> fee shall not constitute approval or authorization of the work, use, or <br /> division of land , and shall not constitute a penalty or a waiver of the <br /> right of the City to institute civil or criminal legal actions against the <br /> applicant for commencing such work, use or division of land without the <br /> required prior approval of the City. <br /> After-the-fact Investigation Fee Amount: Equal to and in addition to <br /> the basic fee amount (total <br /> fee is twice the basic fee <br /> amount) Res . 13016 <br /> z <br />
