41787.9 <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER 34, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 28, SECOND SERIES ADOPTED <br /> DECEMBER 8, 1986 ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCS ADOPTING THE 1987 FSE <br /> SCAEDULE." <br /> The City Council of Orono ordains: <br /> Ordinanc2 Number 28 , Second Series adopted December 8, <br /> 1986 and entitled "An Ordinance Adopting the 1987 Fee Schedule" <br /> is amended to read: <br /> CONSTRIICTION PERMITS AND INSPECTION FEES (CONT.) <br /> SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES <br /> The connection charge for properties within a designated <br /> sewer project area but which were not previously <br /> assessed, and for properties outside a designated sewer <br /> project area and not previously assessed but obtaining <br /> Council approval to connect to the sewer shall be <br /> charged a connection charge equal to the original <br /> assessment for the pertinent sewer project plus interest <br /> calculated at a 7 percentage compound rate. Such <br /> charge shall be collected at the time a building permit <br /> is issued for new construction, or at the time a <br /> connection permit is issued for existing structures. <br /> This ordinance amendment shall be published in the Laker <br /> and Pioneer newspapers and shall be effective upon publication. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on this <br /> 27th day of April, 1987 . <br /> ,, -_ <br /> � - <br /> Jam s R.
