.�.. ;� <br /> 'f <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 33, SECOND SERIES <br /> An Ordinance to amend the Municipal Zoning Code of Orono by <br /> redescribing the legal descriptions of certain properties within the RR-lA <br /> and LR-lA Zoning Districts of the City. <br /> The City Council of the City of Orono Ordains: <br /> The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is amended by adding <br /> Ordinance No. 33, Second Series: <br /> Section 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is amended by <br /> amending the official Zoning Map and Zoning Use District Boundaries <br /> for certain properties within the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, <br /> Township 117, Range 23 located within the RR-lA and LR-lA Zoning <br /> Districts as follows: <br /> RR-lA - Commencing at the Northwest corner of the City of Orono; <br /> thence Easterly along the North line of the Corporate Limits to the <br /> intersection of the North line and the center line of Wayzata <br /> Boulevard; thence Southeasterly along the center line of Wayzata <br /> Boulevard to the center line of Wayzata Boulevard and Stubbs's Bay <br /> Road; thence Southwesterly along the center line of Stubb's Bay Road <br /> to its intersection with the center line of the Luce Line Trail ; <br /> thence Northwesterly along the center Iine of the Luce Line Trail to <br /> the Westerly line of the Riedell Company Stubbs Bay Addition plat; <br /> thence Southerly along said line 283.68 feet; thence Westerly 1325 <br /> feet parellel with the Northerly line of Section 5; thence Southerly <br /> parellel with the West line of Section 5 to the center line of Bayside <br /> Road; thence Westerly and Southerly along the center line of Bayside <br /> Road to the Corporate Limits of the City of Orono; thence Northerly <br /> along said Corporate Limits to the point of beginning. <br /> LR-lA - The following described property in Sections 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, <br /> 10, 11, 15, 16, Township 117, and Sections 25, 26, 35, and 36, <br /> Township 118, Range 23: <br /> All of the South 1/2 of Section 2 lying Southerly of the Burlington <br /> Northern Railroad EXCEPT that which is within the City of Wayzata. <br /> That part of the South 1/2 of Section 4 lying Westerly and Southerly <br /> of County Road No. 84. <br /> All that part of the south 1/2 of Section 5, Township 117, Range 23 <br /> lying easterly of Stubbs Bay, Northerly of Maxwell Bay and <br /> Northeasterly of the channel between Stubbs Bay and Ma�aell Bay. <br /> That part of North 1/2 of Section 5, Township 117, Range 23 consisting <br /> of Lots 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, <br /> 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 52, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and <br /> that portion of Lots 37, and 40 and the South 550 feet of Lot 53 of <br /> Auditor's Subdivision No. 203 lying Southerly of the Luce Line Trail. <br /> Block 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 of Bayside Addition, all of Bayview <br /> Park, Ottoville and Blocks 1 and 2, Hillside Park, Block 1 Riedell <br /> Company Stubbs Hay Addition and the South 550 feet of Lot 1 and 2, <br /> Burger's Bayside Addition. <br />
