- . � <br /> ] 4 .61 <br /> SEC. 4.61. ONE DAY LIQUOR LICENSE. <br /> Subd. 1. License Required. Any non-profit organization <br /> desiring to serve liquids for the purpose of mixing with liquor and <br /> permitting the consumption and display of liquor in conjunction <br /> with a social activity sponsored by it, shall first obtain a <br /> license therefor from the City. It is unlawful for any such <br /> organization to fail to obtain such license. <br /> Subd. 2. Term. The term of such license shall be one <br /> day only. <br /> Subd . 3 . Limitation on Number . No more than ten <br /> licenses shall be issued in any calendar year. <br /> Subd. 4. License Fee. The fee for such one-day license <br /> is $ 25.00. <br /> Subd. 5. Approval . In addition to Council approval , <br /> such license must be approved by the Commissioner of Public Safety. <br /> Subd. 6. Unlawful Acts.
