Subd . 2 . Conditions . <br /> A. An application for a temporary license shall <br /> state the exact dates and place of proposed temporary sale. <br /> B. No applicant shall qualify for a temporary <br /> license for more than a total of seven (7) days in any calendar <br /> year . <br /> C. The Council may, but at no time shall it be <br /> under any obligation whatsoever to, grant a temporary non- <br /> intoxicating malt liquor license on premises owned or controlled by <br /> the City. Any such license may be conditioned, qualified or <br /> restricted as the Council sees fit. If the premises to be licensed <br /> are owned or under the control of the City, the applicant shall <br /> file with the City, prior to issuance of the license, a certificate <br /> of liability insurance coverage in at least the sum of $3�0,�00.00 <br /> for injury to any one person and $ 50A ,00g.A0 for injury to more <br /> than one person, naming the City as an insured during the license <br /> period . <br /> SEC. 4.22. NON-IN'�"OXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICEAISE REST1tICTIONS <br /> AND REGQLATIONS. <br /> Subd . l . No gambling or gambling device shall be <br /> permitted on any licensed premises, except such as are licensed <br /> under the City Code. <br /> Subd. 2. No licensee shall, during the effective period <br /> of such license, be the owner or holder of a Federal retail liquor <br /> dealer's tax stamp for the sale of intoxicating liquor, unless such <br /> owner or holder also holds a liquor license from the City, and <br /> ownership or holding thereof shall be grounds for immediate <br /> rev ocation, without a hearing. <br /> Subd. 3. No license shall be granted to a wholesaler or <br /> manufacturer of non-intoxicating malt liquor or to anyone holding a <br /> financial interest in such manufacture or wholesale. <br /> ) 4. 22 <br /> Subd . 4 . No person who has not attained the State <br /> established drinking age shall be employed to sell or serve non- <br /> intoxicating malt liquor in any on-sale establishment. <br /> Subd. 5. Every license shall be granted subject to the <br /> provisions of this Chapter and all other applicable provisions of <br /> the City Code and other laws relating to the operation of <br /> licensee's business. <br /> Subd. 6. On-sale licenses shall be granted only to <br /> restaurants, hotels and bona fide clubs . <br /> Subd. 7. Any person who sells non-intoxicating malt <br /> liquor while holding or exhibiting in his place of business a <br /> federal retail liquor dealer special tax stamp without having an <br /> intoxicating license shall be quilty of a mideameanor . <br /> 78 <br />
