ORDINANCE NO. 28 , SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1987 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 17 , SECOND SERIES <br /> The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: Section 1. Ordinance <br /> Repealed. Ordinance No. 17 , Second Series is hereby repealed. <br /> The City Council of Orono per Section 1.05 of the Municipal Code hereby <br /> ordains the following Fees effective during the calendar year 1987 : <br /> SBCTION l.
