Adoption. All ordinances of the City bf Orono, � <br /> Minn.e�so•taR heretofore adopted, except such provisions of the <br /> Muniai:pal � Code as are cited in Chapter 10, and except such <br /> `"��inances as are numbered and cited in the text of Chapters 1 <br /> � --�-�- . � . <br /> through 12, inclusive, and also except such .ordinances as are <br /> categorized -in Chapter 25, should be and are hereby r•evis�d, <br /> codified, an�3 adopted as set forth in that certain document known <br /> as the �CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA, pursuant to <br /> aaatt}or�ty granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 415.021. � <br /> Section 2. Citation. The CITY CODE may be cited as "C'ity <br /> Code, Sec. ." <br /> Section_3. Effective Date , Printing , and Notice of <br /> Availability. The CITY CODE shall be effective on April 1, 1984. <br /> The City Clerk shall cause said CITY CODE to be printed in <br /> looseleaf form and copies thereof in a substantial quantity made <br /> available for distribution to the public at a reasonable charge, <br /> � <br /> ��_� ;the exact quantity, charge, and printing specifications to be more <br /> specifically determined by the City Council. The City Clerk shall <br /> cause Notice of Availabiilty of copies to be published in the <br /> official newspaper for at least two (2) successive weeks prior to <br /> such effective date, which notice shall state that copies of the <br /> CITY CODE are available at the City Clerk's office for general <br /> � distribution to the public at a reasonable charge. <br /> -1- <br />
