I just wanted to update you that I stopped out to take a look at the vegetation growth along <br /> the work area of the easement. I was hoping to find that the vegetation had completely taken hold and that I could close <br /> your permit. See the attached photos. <br /> I observed that the planted seed had grown. However in order to close the permit file we require at least 75%growth; in <br /> my opinion we have 50-60%at best in some areas. I plan to revisit the site later this summer(probably mid-July).
