The plans are dated 1-26-11. We have the following comments with <br /> regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The grading plan generally follows the overall development grading plan and is <br /> acceptable from an engineering standpoint. <br /> • The proposed retaining wall on the side of the house is 6 feet high. Engineered design <br /> and details should be submitted for review and approval for all retaining walls over four <br /> in height, and for all tiered walls with a separation of less than two times the wall height. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be <br /> submitted.
