Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to <br /> any work, including demolition. Please review the lower retaining wall to be rebuilt in-kind (20') with boulders versus timbers (which is what is <br /> shown on the photo, even though the survey calls them block walls). The additional retaining wall, curve and upper wall <br /> will not be allowed to be constructed at this time.
