The inspector has the following comments: <br /> • The approved plan and the as-built plan show a swale between the garage and the east property line. There <br /> is no swale on the east side and the grade and down spout drain to the neighboring property. <br /> • The as-built does not indicate the existing swale to the west of the home. The swale is acceptable, but needs <br /> to be shown on the as-built.
