Plat Map <br /> <br />Background <br />The existing 1950’s cabin on the property is situated as close as 1.2 feet from the west side lot <br />line (City right-of-way) and 64 feet lakeward of the average lakeshore setback, based on the <br />location of the home on the property to the east at 560 Big Island. The applicant is proposing to <br />install flush mount solar panels on the existing roof of the cabin. City Code Section allows roof <br />mounted solar panels on the roof of a structure meeting the required setbacks.
