The applicants have <br />not completed the final plat process, and requests an extension of one year to complete that <br />process. <br />Background <br />The Council approved the lot split on July 13, 2015. Mr. Funk formally requested his extension <br />in a letter dated July 11th. <br />The subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, White Oak Overlook, was a lot split, one additional lot was <br />created. No variances were required. No changes to the zoning ordinance or comprehensive <br />plan have occurred that would impact the development. <br />Action Requested: <br />Approve by resolution an extension of one year for the preliminary plat approved in resolution <br />6520. <br />List of Exhibits: <br />Exhibit A.
