HAZARDOUS PROPERTY – 3907 CHERRY AVENUE – RESOLUTION NO. 6650 <br /> <br />Mattick noted a search warrant was executed twice on this house and that the inspector found the house is <br />very poor condition. Mattick stated the next step is to serve the order on the owner, remove the contents, <br />and then demolish the home. Mattick stated it is unlikely the property owner will be served and that the <br />notice will need to publish it in the City’s legal newspaper. <br /> <br />Levang asked if the City will grade and seed the area. <br /> <br />Mattick stated it will look like a ready to be built on lot once the work is complete and that the costs <br />associated with the work will be assessed against the property. <br /> <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6650, a Resolution Ordering <br />Abatement of Hazardous Condition of Hazardous Property and Hazardous Building.
