<br /> <br /> <br />NONMAJOR CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS <br /> <br /> <br />Nonmajor capital project funds are used to account for the financial resources to be used for the <br />acquisition or construction of major capital facilities. <br /> <br />Municipal State Aid Street – Used to collect and spend resources on the various projects related to <br />state aid streets and highways. <br /> <br />Improvement Equipment Outlay Fund – Used to account for the capital outlay costs of obtaining new <br />equipment for various functions. <br /> <br />Permanent Revolving Improvement Fund – Used to account for the construction costs prior to <br />obtaining permanent financing. <br /> <br />Community Investment Construction – This fund is used to collect and spend resources on the <br />various community assets of the City. <br /> <br />Navarre Fire Station Construction Fund – Used to account for the construction costs of a new fire <br />station in the Navarre area of the City. <br /> <br />Big Island Public Project Fund – Used to account for the funding, acquisition, and improvement costs <br />of the Big Island Project. <br /> <br />Pavement Management Plan – This fund is used to collect and spend resources on the various road <br />construction projects of the City. <br /> <br />Police Garage Fund – This fund is used to collect and spend resources for the City’s police garage <br />project. <br />
