<br /> <br /> <br />NONMAJOR SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br /> <br /> <br />Nonmajor special revenue funds are used to account for revenue derived from specific revenue <br />sources that are legally restricted to expenditures for specific purposes. <br /> <br />Park Fund – Used to account for received park dedication fees to be used for land acquisition and park <br />development. <br /> <br />Drug and Felony Forfeiture Fund – Used to account for proceeds received from seizures relating to <br />drug and felony criminal activity, donations received for the police department, other appropriate <br />revenues authorized by the City Council, and all authorized related expenditures. <br /> <br />Affordable Housing Fund – Used to account for revenues and expenditures related to financial <br />assistance packages provided to several low income households to make new town home units <br />affordable. <br /> <br />Lurton Park Fund – Used to account for revenues and expenditures related to the maintenance and <br />trails within Lurton Park property. <br /> <br />Senior Housing TIF Fund – Used to account for revenues and expenditures related to the senior <br />housing property. <br /> <br />Golf Course Improvement Fund – Used to account for revenues and expenditures related to the <br />improvement of the City’s golf course. <br /> <br />
