A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT GOLF COURSE DONATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Orono is generally authorized to accept donations of real and personal <br />property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The following person has offered to contribute the cash amount set forth below to <br />the city: <br /> <br /> Name of Donor Amount <br /> ZiLi Deng <br /> <br /> $ 350.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, All such donations have been contributed for the maintenance and improvement of <br />Orono Public Golf Course, as allowed by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donations offered. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Orono, Minnesota that <br />the City acknowledges and accepts the donations as listed the for the maintenance and <br />improvement of the Orono Public Golf Course. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on June 13, 2016. <br /> <br />Attest: Approved: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Diane Tiegs, City Clerk Lili McMillan, Mayor <br />
