Staff has reviewed the claims and is <br />recommending approval of the listing for payment. The claims will be paid by checks 105147 to <br />105229, totaling $271,053.48. <br /> <br />Noteworthy payments include: <br /> <br /> <br />Boyer Trucks <br /> <br /> $ 78,586.33 <br />Payment for a new plow truck. Purchase <br />was approved by the Council at the January <br />25th meeting. <br />Stonebay Builders $ 6,225.00 <br />Payment for work done at the Stonebay <br />development. The funding for this work <br />was from funds received when the <br />developments Letter of Credit was cashed. <br />Chestnut Cambronne PA $ 2,771.50 <br />Payment for prosecution services due to a <br />conflict of interest could not be serviced the <br />City’s regular prosecutor. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Motion to approve payment of the claims list as presented. <br /> <br />
