We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The plans are acceptable from an engineering standpoint. <br /> • The applicant should be aware that the sewer and water services should be shown on the record <br /> plans. <br /> • It appears that this project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be submitted.
