The Grantee shall have the right to make use of said <br /> land as is reasonably necessary and advisable to the construction, installation, rnaintenance, <br /> operation and repair of the Izx�provements. <br /> In addition to any other remedy the Grantee may have, the covenants and <br /> restrictions contained herein may be enforced by injunction. <br /> Grantor cavenants that it is in fee title to the above property, has a iawful right and <br /> authority to convey and grant this easement, and that the land is free from all encumbrances. <br /> Grrantee agrees that the improved surface of any trial within the easement will not exceed S <br /> feet in width and agrees that any improved txail wi�Ehin the easement �will be constructed <br /> contemporaneously with the installation of bollards and signage prohibiting non-pedestrian use of <br /> the easement.
