<br /> Secfion 2. Subr�ission o�Information Before constructio� of any Iznprovements is
<br /> commenced, an Owner skiall submit to fhe Conazx�ittee at the add.ress to be provided to Owaers by
<br /> the�o�eownezs Associatior�two(2) comple�te serts of arcl�itectival plans and specifications for
<br /> the proposed Tm�provements (�cluding,wzthout limitation,full site plans, elevations, floor plans,
<br /> extez�or materials, exterior colors, drivewa�plan, and la�dscape plan)along witJ�the nam,e,
<br /> address and telephone numb�r of the cozztractor who�will actually pe�'orm the proposed work And
<br /> the name, address �nd telep�one number of the Owner. Upon request by the Coznmittee, an
<br /> Owner sha11 submit such adrlitio�al informatzon as shall reasonably be requested by the
<br /> Committee to evidenc�ca�apliance wi#i the requireznents of this article.
<br /> Section 3. �eview Pez�iod. Withi� twenty (20) days of its receipt of al1 of the
<br /> documents to be submitted under Sec�ion 2 of this Article,t�e Committee shaTl eith,er ap�rove ox
<br /> disa�prove the plans and specif catio�ns for the proposed Improvern�nts and th,e contractor who
<br /> wi�l construct�e proposed Fmprovements� The Com�utt.ee may disappxove only for one or z�o,ore of
<br /> the fo31o'wixig reasons:
