Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is <br /> lzereby accepted and shall constitute the specill assessnlent against the lands named therein, <br /> an�l each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the proposed <br /> improvement in the amount of the assessnzent levied against it. <br /> 2. Such assessmeut shall be payaUle in equal�iuZual installnlents e�tending over a period of 15 <br /> years, the first of the installments to Ue payable on or before the first Moiiday in January <br /> 2004 and shall Uear interest at the rate of 6,25% per aiulum froin the date of the adoption of <br /> this assessinent resolution. To the first insiallment shall be added interest on the entire <br /> assessment fi�om the date of this resolution until Deceniber 31, 2005. To each subsequent <br /> installment tivhen due shall be added interest for one year on 111 unpaid installinents. <br /> 3, The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br /> assessment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessinent on such property,with <br /> interest accrued to the date of payment,to the City Treasurer,except that no interest shall be <br /> clzarged if the entire assessment is paid within thirty (30) days from the adoption of tllis <br /> resolution; and he may, at anytime thereafter,pay to the City Treasurer the entire amount of <br /> the assessment remainiilg unpaid,with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which <br /> such payinent is made. Sucl�payment rnust be made before Noveinber I S or interest will be <br /> charged through December 31 of tlie next succeeding year.
