The soil borin�rs were du6 Z•rith hand au�erA and were o iriches in diameter to the 4 foot depth and 3 inches in dia.�netar to the re- r�ainin� depth, aoma very permeable soils were found on n:ost lots anca all lotc ��.acl sufficient percolation rates to qualify for stan- dard drainfield systems. The alternate site on lot 1, block 1 will require sr.allower trenches to avoid the water table. �The trenche� on the primary site of lot 1, block 3 will also neod to t�e conat- ructeci fairly shallow and sn interce�tor drain should be used to divert runoff water from this site ainoe the lot is bowl shaped an Better soil was encountered shallower on the alternate site of lot 1, block 2 so ahallow trenahes should be used here In lot ; 0 oci a pump w pro a ly be needed aince a est aoils exist on top of the hill. It also might be nacessary to use putnpa on other lots depending on th� placement of the houses. Additional design inforrnation for the individuel houses will be naeded prior to construction.
