A total of 3 scii bonrns and ! perc'ests were done. From these tests it
was determined that a high water t:ble exi,ts a! a depth of 60 irches below the ground surface.
The soils on this si±e ar ,Anoka loamy Sand, 6 to 12 % Slope as identified by the Hennepin
County soil map.
The s,stem that exists on the pcperty is r. elevateC trench with 2 1000 gailon septic tanks and
a 1000 galion pumo chamber. The draintie!d as listrd by thF city is 660 square feet of trench.
At some point in time the trenc;7es viere char.ged accordir,g to the records that are on file. It
seem that the trenches wer shortened on one end and lengthened on the other end. At present
we calculate that there is 242 lineal feet of 3 foot wide trench for a total of 726 square feet of
trench.
After examiing this site it is our rQcemmendatin that arother trench may be added to the
existing drainfield because of the existence of enough ground water separation and the
aailable room to do so, after some _rtilitie:; have beer relocated.
The drainfieid must bs incrPasPi ny an acltin? 2 «are f?et_ IVe are recommending to
add to the uphiil side of the existng drainfield kr, addin another lateral.
