GREEN TREES ROAD SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT,RESOLUTION <br /> NOS.6340& 6341 <br /> Levang moved,Bremer seconded,to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6340,a Resolution Accepting the <br /> Feasibility Study for Green Trees Road Sanitary Sewer Extension,and to adopt RESOLUTION <br /> NO.6341,a Resolution Ordering Improvement and Preparallon of Plans for Green Trees Road <br /> Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. <br /> *10. PAY REQUEST NO.2—2013 SANITARY SEWER REI3ABII.ITATION PROJECT <br /> Levang moved,Bremer seconded,to approve Pay Request No.2 for the contractor Visu-Sewer,in <br /> the amount of$77,164.23,for the 2013 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. VOTE: Ayes 4, <br /> Nays 0. <br /> MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br /> Levang noted City Engineer Jesse Struve sent out an email about the state aid variance committee looking <br /> for volunteers and that she did volunteer. The first meeting will be held in December. <br /> Levang stated the LMCC will be meeting next week and that she does not know the status of the <br /> resolution at this time but that she hopes some movement will made on the resolution. <br /> Printup thanked the veterans for their service and Thomas Longe for his work on the new veterans' <br /> memorial. <br /> Printup stated there was a STS meeting earlier today and that it sounds like work will be starting this <br /> week. <br /> McMillan noted the Orono Police Academy held a graduation ceremony last week with approximately 12 <br /> people graduating. <br /> McMillan reported she and Mayor Hultmann met last week with Three Rivers Park District. Three Rivers <br /> is very interested in connecting the trails and indicated they are going to speak with their planner. <br /> McMillan indicated they are planning to meet again next week. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> *11. DISPOSAL OF FORFEITED VEHICLES <br /> Levang moved,Bremer seconded,to approve the disposal of two forfeited vehicles,with both <br /> vehicles being sold to salvage yard as scrap.
